I have over 12 years experience in the BPO / Call center industry. My last stint was as a Quality Manager wherein I was an expert in analyzing customer behavior and interaction trends, conducting presentations, leading projects and engaging with people across departments.

 

I have experience in handling different customer channels such as Inbound / Outbound / Chat and provided various levels of support for Sales / Customer Service / Financial and Retail businesses. I am Yellow Belt Six Sigma trained, adept at using MS Office Applications and Google drive. 

 

I am knowledgeable in using CRM applications such as Asana, Basecamp and Trello. I can produce quality Social Media posts using Canva and Crello. I am used to handling multiple projects at a time and in coordinating or handling people across departments. I am most passionate about writing and can produce quality content on almost any topic.  

 

On top of work demands, I am a mother of a 6-year-old boy and a passionate blogger who talks about travel, food, and lifestyle.
